Hampton Inn Abilene

We were given comfy, brand-new room with flying bugs. Location: the hotel was really close to a movie theater and certain areas and wall paper issues in the bathroom and Close to so many restaurants.

The location was within walking distance of a lot of places to eat and shop.

No one ever came by our room to clean or to give us more towels even though we went by the front desk twice to let them know.

Service, beds and amenities.

The housekeeper could have done a better job by wiping down the sink and toilet. It wasn't done and with 4 people in the room it was needed. Instead I did it when we came back that evening.

We were from the next town over and had a Dr.'s visit the next morning. When we arrived the young lady was very nice and gave us a couple of waters. The room was very clean and the beds where very comfortable. I liked the idea I didn't have to leave to get my breakfast. We will be staying again.

Had a very comfortable stay with our road trip, everything was good. The location was good and excellent, a 10-15 minute walk from Mall of Abilene.

This was a solid selection for a city break in Abilene with very good value for money. The hotel had multiple charging outlets for my devices, a nice touch. Make sure to explore nearby restaurants for meals.

Discovered some killer local spots like Fuzzy's Taco Shop, where the nachos were next level! The beds were super comfy, and Alton, the breakfast overseer, really brought the morning vibes. A pleasant stay!

The breakfast was enjoyable, especially thanks to Alton, who was hospitable. The noise from the room above due to a restless child disrupted our peace. Management addressed the noise complaint promptly, showcasing their attentiveness. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the hotel was nice.

Unfortunately, cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room felt dusty, and there were signs the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. The breakfast experience was frustrating. Items were often missing or had to be restocked, prolonging the wait. Soundproofing seemed poor, as noise from upper floors and hallways could detract from a peaceful stay.
